Responsibilities
Build interactive prototypes and design explorations using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Framer, or similar) — reaching for code as your primary creative tool.
Design and prototype AI-assisted product solutions (agents, copilots, generation and automation tools) together with product and engineering.
Build and iterate prompt → flow → result pipelines; contribute reusable prompt patterns and workflow libraries.
Use no-/low-code tooling (Webflow, Retool, Zapier) where possible to reduce dependency on core engineering.
Move prototypes to production in close collaboration with engineers, ensuring smooth handoff and feasibility.
Turn ideas into clear UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma when needed.
Bring strong visual and interaction design craft to everything you build — hierarchy, clarity, motion, and micro-interactions.
Create partner-facing materials: product presentations, landing pages, one-pagers, and infographics for go-to-market and integrations.
Contribute to discovery: interviews, JTBD, surveys, CJMs, and help translate insights into product decisions.
Validate solutions and hypotheses through quick tests and experiments.
Collaborate with analytics to define success metrics and interpret experiment results.
Translate monetization and growth ideas into concrete prototypes, UX changes, and experiments.
Design and iterate flows for D2C, in-app/F2P, and LiveOps scenarios (shops, offers, bundles, events).
Translate business problems and partner needs into clear artifacts: flows, specs, clickable prototypes, and simple documentation.
Work closely with engineers to ensure feasibility and a smooth path from prototype to production.
Contribute to internal standards for AI-assisted workflows, UX quality, and visual consistency (without direct people-management).

Bridge Business ↔ Design ↔ Tech
Qualifications & Skills
5–7+ years in product design, UX/UI, or a hybrid design-engineering role.
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, v0, or similar) — you use these to build and prototype, not just explore ideas.
A genuine passion for vibe coding and AI-assisted prototyping; someone actively building this muscle, not just aware of it.
Confident in Figma for UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity design when required.
Proven AI production experience: building prompt + workflow pipelines and shipping automated or AI-assisted flows into real use.
Strong UI skills: visual clarity, hierarchy, attention to detail, and the ability to make prototypes feel polished.
Strong UX thinking: flows, structure, consistency, and edge cases — able to design connected product experiences, not just individual screens.
Research skills: experience contributing to discovery (interviews, JTBD, CJM), usability tests, and surveys.
Analytics & experiments: comfortable framing hypotheses, reading A/B-test results, and connecting UX changes to business metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication in English — able to align stakeholders around your solutions.
Nice to Have
Strong track record of designing and shipping D2C and F2P / in-app monetization experiences (shops, checkouts, promotions, LiveOps).
Experience in the gaming industry or working with game developers / publishers.
Ability to write functional front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS/React) to build prototypes independently.
Deep craft in interaction design, motion, and design systems; experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
Broad understanding of modern product architecture (APIs, client–server patterns, microservices, cloud).
Experience with no-code / low-code tools such as Webflow, Retool, Zapier, or similar.
Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
Familiarity with growth design principles (conversion optimisation, funnel analysis, pricing presentation).
Additional language skills relevant to key markets (e.g. Russian, Malay, Chinese).
