Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We are looking for a Prompt Engineer with expertise in Python and SQL to develop, optimize, and implement AI-powered automation solutions. In this role, you will design structured AI prompts, integrate LLMs into workflows, and drive GenAI adoption within the team. You will also play a key role in analyzing AI outputs, optimizing performance, and building scalable AI applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prompt Engineering & Optimization: Design, refine, and structure prompts to maximize LLM effectiveness for automation.
AI-Driven Automation: Develop and implement AI-powered automation solutions using LLMs and AI wrappers.
GenAI Training & Adoption: Create structured prompt libraries, training materials, and best practices to enhance team-wide AI adoption.
Data Analysis & Workflow Optimization: Utilize SQL and Python to build, analyze, and optimize AI workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
Performance Monitoring & Iteration: Perform detailed accuracy analysis on AI-generated outputs, identify trends, and drive rapid improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, developers, and product teams to deploy AI solutions in production.
Continuous Learning & AI Innovation: Stay updated on cutting-edge AI tools and identify potential business applications.
(Optional): Work with Excel and BI tools for data visualization and analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, automation, or software development.
Solid understanding of prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune AI model responses.
Good knowledge of Python (data processing, scripting, API integrations).
Proficiency in SQL (query optimization, data extraction, analytics).
Experience working with LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Anthropic).
Ability to build scalable AI applications and automate workflows efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
