About Pacific Health Group
At Pacific Health Group, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare. You will play a vital role in this mission. We are dedicated to improving health outcomes by addressing social determinants of health and coordinating comprehensive community-based services through innovative, community-centered healthcare programs.
As our organization continues to grow, we are investing in artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, and integrated technology systems that improve how our teams operate, communicate, document services, manage members, and deliver care.
If you are passionate about applying artificial intelligence to solve real operational challenges and have the technical capabilities to build secure, scalable, and practical solutions, we invite you to join our team.
Overview
The AI Automation & Workflow Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, implementing, and maintaining artificial intelligence solutions, automated workflows, system integrations, and operational tools across Pacific Health Group.
This individual will work closely with executive leadership, department directors, managers, information technology, compliance, data administration, billing, member engagement, clinical operations, human resources, marketing, and other departments to identify inefficiencies and convert manual or fragmented processes into secure, scalable, and measurable workflows.
The ideal candidate combines AI engineering, workflow architecture, systems integration, business process analysis, and hands-on automation development. This position requires someone who can understand how a department operates, map its processes, recommend improvements, build the appropriate solution, test it, document it, and support adoption.
This role is not limited to configuring prompts or basic no-code automations. The AI Automation & Workflow Engineer must be capable of creating production-ready solutions using APIs, databases, webhooks, AI models, automation platforms, custom code, and enterprise applications.
