AI Project Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking AI Project Manager to lead and coordinate artificial intelligence initiatives within the group. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of AI-related projects aiming at innovation, optimization, and superior content and media experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI projects, including planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with AI specialists, data scientists, IT, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Drive adoption of AI technologies across the Group.
- Oversee risk management, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets for AI initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Define KPIs, measure project outcomes and implement improvements for continuous success in AI integration.
- Identify and prioritize use cases, creating a mid and long term plan
- Identify and select external partners and vendors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing technology projects.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or related domains.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with data scientists, engineers, and business teams.
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Proficient in both English and Greek
