Role Purpose

The PMO Sr Consultant supports the delivery of the Horizon 2.0 program by providing structured governance, reporting, and execution discipline across a complex, multi-platform AI transformation.

This role ensures transparency of progress, risks, and value delivery while enabling consistent program controls, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Governance & Control

  • Support end-to-end program governance across platforms, workstreams, and enabling functions

  • Maintain and enforce program standards, templates, and reporting cadence

  • Prepare materials for Steering Committees, working groups, and executive forums

  • Track actions, decisions, and governance outcomes to closure

2. Reporting & Executive Insight

  • Produce consolidated weekly and monthly program reporting (status, risks, issues, milestones)

  • Develop executive dashboards tracking adoption, value, and delivery progress across platforms

  • Ensure consistency and integrity of data across all workstreams

  • Highlight emerging themes, blockers, and required decisions

3. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

  • Maintain centralised RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) logs

  • Drive proactive identification and escalation of risks and blockers

  • Track mitigation plans and ensure accountability across teams

4. Planning & Delivery Coordination

  • Support program planning across multiple platforms and workstreams

  • Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies

  • Monitor delivery progress against plan and escalate deviations

5. Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Support structured communication across business, technology, risk, and enablement teams

  • Prepare clear, concise executive communications and updates

  • Ensure alignment across global teams and regions

  • Enable transparency across program progress and decisions

6. Operating Model & Continuous Improvement

  • Support implementation and refinement of the Horizon 2.0 operating model

  • Identify opportunities to streamline governance, reporting, and delivery processes

  • Contribute to development of playbooks, templates, and ways of working

  • Help embed scalable program practices as Horizon 2.0 expands
