We are looking for an AI Program Manager to lead Greenvolt’s Artificial Intelligence and Automation transformation program. This role is critical to ensuring governance, alignment with business objectives, and delivering impactful innovation across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Centralize AI governance and define AI strategy, aligning AI initiatives with organizational objectives and innovation roadmap.
- Continuously benchmark AI solutions and industry best practices.
- Lead ideation workshops to identify, prioritize, and refine AI use cases.
- Develop department-level AI roadmaps, proactively anticipating future needs and creating significant business impact
- Drive Change Management initiatives to accelerate AI adoption.
- Monitor and report on AI program performance and KPIs.
- Act as the single point of accountability for ideation, prioritization, and delivery of AI use cases across all business units.
- Ensure interoperability and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., EU AI Act).
- Promote user engagement with AI tools such as Copilot.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields.
- 5+ years in program/project management, preferably in AI or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in governance frameworks and change management.
- Experience in roadmap development, stakeholder management, and enterprise-wide change initiative.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-driven business solutions is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of AI platforms, automation technologies, and multi-agent integration.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
