AI Products Developer (m/f/d)

At InPost, we believe AI should solve real business challenges, improve operational efficiency and create sustainable value. We are looking for an AI Product Owner who can bridge business and technology, shape the AI product portfolio and ensure every initiative delivers measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will own the vision, roadmap and backlog of AI-powered products delivered by the Digital Center. Working closely with Domain Experts, AI Engineers and Data Teams, you will transform business challenges into scalable, production-ready AI solutions that drive impact across the InPost Group.

What will you do?

Own the AI product vision and roadmap

• Define and evolve the vision, roadmap and backlog for AI products.
• Prioritise opportunities based on business value, effort, risk and strategic alignment.
• Balance quick wins with long-term platform investments.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs and roadmap decisions to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Frame problems and define value

• Partner with business experts to identify high-value opportunities and uncover the root business problem.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Define business KPIs and success metrics before development begins.
• Build business cases around productivity gains, revenue impact and operational efficiency.

Lead AI product delivery

• Drive the product lifecycle from discovery through validation and deployment.
• Maintain a healthy backlog and facilitate planning, prioritisation and reviews.
• Make scope and prioritisation decisions while managing dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
• Validate delivered outcomes against agreed business measures before release.

Drive adoption and business enablement

• Promote successful adoption of AI solutions across the organisation.
• Support change management, training and user enablement initiatives.
• Monitor usage, value realisation and business impact.
• Identify opportunities to scale, iterate or retire solutions based on measurable outcomes.

Shape the future AI ecosystem

• Champion reusable solutions that can scale across markets and business functions.
• Collaborate with IT, Security and Data Governance teams to ensure compliance and scalability.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI standards, tools and operating models.
• Stay on top of AI and GenAI trends and bring relevant innovations into the business.

Required experience

• 4+ years in Product Management or Product Ownership roles.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, GenAI or data-driven products.
• Strong stakeholder management and business analysis experience.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience defining KPIs, business cases and value-tracking models.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot and LLM APIs.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.

Nice to have

• Product or Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
• Logistics, e-commerce or supply-chain industry experience.
• Basic Python and SQL knowledge.
• Experience working in international, cross-market environments.
