We are seeking an AI Product Engineering Manager that can drive the development of transformative products that deliver exceptional customer value. As a visionary, you’ll foster a culture of continuous innovation, challenge conventional thinking, and guide cross-functional teams in delivering impactful solutions across AI/ML and platform domains. You will ignite innovation by leading customer-centric product development and shaping the future of Software platforms through strategic vision, deep expertise in GenAI and machine learning, and strong leadership across engineering and data teams. 

Responsibilities

•    Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML products, aligning with business growth targets and leveraging emerging GenAI capabilities to drive competitive advantage.
•    Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery and scaling, adapting to evolving AI technologies, methodologies, and market opportunities.
•    Build and develop high-performing product teams through coaching, mentorship, and establishing centers of excellence for AI product management best practices.
•    Drive cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing AI/ML products.
•    Champion responsible AI practices by identifying and mitigating risks related to bias, fairness, privacy, explainability, and ensuring compliance with AI governance frameworks.
•    Own product performance and business outcomes, defining KPIs/OKRs and prioritizing continuous enhancements to exceed strategic goals and demonstrate ROI.
•    Oversee AI model lifecycle management including feedback loops, retraining strategies, performance monitoring, and versioning to ensure continuous improvement.
•    Translate between technical and business stakeholders, communicating complex AI tradeoffs, capabilities, and strategic implications to executives and customers.
•    Proactively analyze market trends and competitive landscape, identifying differentiation opportunities through innovative applications of GenAI and AI/ML infrastructure.
•    Set strategic direction for AI infrastructure platforms including accelerators, GPUs, MLOps tooling, and build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions.
•    Partner with C-suite executives to align AI product strategy with enterprise objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
•    Drive customer-centric AI development through discovery, validation, and ensuring transparency and trust in AI-powered features and user experiences.
•    Manage budgets and resources for product development initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining strategic alignment and innovation capacity.
•    Develop comprehensive product roadmaps that connect AI capabilities to value streams, business outcomes, and measurable impact.
•    Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making while staying current with emerging AI technologies (LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, edge AI).

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
•    10+ years of experience in product development, project delivery, or technology applications.
•    3+ years of experience leading product development of AI platforms.  
•    Deep understanding of product lifecycle, technical architecture, and data analytics. 
•    Proven ability to drive adoption of product development practices including discovery, ideation, and strategic planning. 
•    Strong stakeholder management and change leadership across functions. 
•    Experience managing products from concept to launch. 
•    Ability to define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. 
•    Strong analytical skills to evaluate market dynamics and customer needs. 
•    Experience managing budgets and resources for strategic product initiatives. 
•    Expertise in infrastructure products for accelerators, GPUs, and AI/ML platforms. 
•    Experience designing and managing AI/ML infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments. 
•    Solid understanding of intellectual property including patents and proprietary technologies. 
•  GenAI, ML & Data Science Expertise 
•    Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI, LangChain, and Strand frameworks. 
•    Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCPs) and orchestration tooling for GenAI applications. 
•    Deep understanding of machine learning and data science concepts including supervised/unsupervised learning, model training, evaluation, and deployment. 
•    Experience leading engineering and data science teams to deliver AI/ML-powered products. 
•    Knowledge of Guardrails for safe and responsible GenAI deployment. 
•    Proficiency in model evaluation techniques, performance metrics, and optimization strategies. 
•    Commitment to ethical and responsible AI, including bias mitigation, transparency, and compliance. 

    Preferred Qualifications 

    •    Master's degree preferred.
    •    Recognized thought leader in AI/ML or infrastructure product domains. 
    •    Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and software engineering practices. 
    •    Specialized training or certifications in product management, GenAI, cloud computing, or AI ethics.
