Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and forward-thinking AI Product Manager to lead the integration of innovative AI capabilities into our User-Generated Content (UGC) platform. This individual will define the AI strategy, identify groundbreaking AI features, and manage a multidisciplinary team of AI specialists, including engineers and product designers. The ideal candidate combines a strong technical understanding of AI technologies with a visionary mindset to shape the future of UGC creation and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision and Roadmapping:

-Develop and articulate a forward-looking AI strategy aligned with the platform's goals and user needs.

-Identify opportunities to leverage AI for enhancing content creation, moderation, personalization, and user engagement.

-Create and manage a roadmap for AI-driven features, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation.

AI Feature Identification and Development:

-Collaborate with stakeholders to ideate, prototype, and refine innovative AI-powered tools, such as:

i) Generative AI for content creation (e.g., assets, narratives, designs).

ii) AI-driven moderation for maintaining quality and safety.

iii) Personalization algorithms to recommend content and optimize user experiences.

-Define feature requirements, ensuring feasibility and alignment with technical and business objectives.

Team Building and Leadership:

-Recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team of AI product specialists, including engineers, data scientists, and AI researchers.

-Foster a collaborative and innovative environment where team members are empowered to experiment and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

-Provide mentorship and career growth opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of excellence and curiosity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

-Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver AI features that resonate with creators and users.

-Serve as the primary liaison between the AI team and leadership, translating technical insights into business opportunities.

-Drive communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on AI goals and deliverables.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

-Utilize data analytics and user feedback to inform AI feature prioritization and optimization.

-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI tools, iterating based on performance and user satisfaction.

-Stay abreast of AI industry trends and advancements, incorporating relevant innovations into the platform.

Qualifications:

Experience:

-Proven track record (5+ years) in product management, preferably with experience in AI-driven products.

-Strong background in AI/ML technologies and their applications in consumer-facing platforms.

-Experience managing and scaling multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on AI or tech innovation.

Skills:

-Deep understanding of generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and AI moderation systems.

-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

-Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

Education:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

-Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of UGC platforms.

-Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
