About the Role
The developer product business line of MyShell is establishing the most powerful AI Agentic framework for developers. As an AI PM, you will lead and supervise the entire life cycle of AI developer products, including strategic planning, development, optimization, promotion, and iteration. MyShell developer products focus on product innovation and outstanding capabilities in the AIGC field, particularly in categories such as role-playing, image flow/video generation, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning and Strategy - Conduct in-depth research on market trends in the AI C-side and developer tools, competitors, and the latest advancements in the multimodal model field, and actively participate in formulating the long-term and short-term strategic plans of MyShell's developer products.
- Developer Experience Optimization Demand Management - Collect, analyze, and organize feedback from developers using MyShell tools for content production extensively and precisely, and convert it into practical product requirements and functional features.
- Function Design and Development - Lead the functional design of developer products, including functions such as Agent workflow editing and template creation, to optimize the experience of developers in creating AIGC content.
- Developer Ecosystem Management - Assist in building a strong and prosperous developer ecosystem. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the developer community, creating tutorials, answering technical questions, and enhancing the visibility of developer products in the media.
- Project Management and Function Implementation - Collaborate closely with R&D, algorithms, marketing, operations, and design teams, scientifically formulate project plans, and define key milestones and deliverables of the project.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or above, with a major in computer science or related fields preferred.
- At least 3 years of AI product management experience, and those with successful cases of launching C-side AI-related products or developer-side products are prioritized.
- Proficiency in mainstream LLM ecosystems, image flow open source tool ecosystems based on SD, and other multimodal AI models is preferred.
- Have the pursuit of creating developer products in the AI era, demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, be highly proactive, and be capable of active participation, proactive seeking of tasks, independent thinking, and providing constructive suggestions.
- Maintain a user-oriented mindset and have a passion for continuous engagement with the market and communication with developers.
- English can be used as a working language.
