Role Summary:
To craft an intuitive, world-class user experience for the business community, we are looking for supercharged product manager who will help build new products and make the current product 10x better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI-powered features.
- Identify business problems and opportunities where AI can add value.
- Work with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and user needs.
- Create PRDs, user flows, and wireframes.
- Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, ML, and Design teams to build and launch AI features.
- Track product performance, user adoption, and key metrics.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products.
- Continuously improve products based on customer feedback and data.
- Work with Sales and Support teams to drive product adoption.
Desired Skills and Requirements:
- 2–4 years of AI Product Management experience,
- Experience working on AI/ML or GenAI products.
- Good understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, RAG, and AI/ML concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PRDs, wireframing, product metrics, and experimentation.
- Strong product understanding and product sense.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams.
- Strong ownership and execution skills..
Experience:
- Previous tech-product experience (preferably 2-4 years)
Education:
- Engineering or Management degree (preferably from a top tier institute IITs, IIMs, NITs, BITS etc.)
Skills Required
- 2-4 years of AI Product Management experience
- Experience working on AI/ML or Generative AI products
- Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, RAG, and AI/ML concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
