As an AI Product Manager in the AI for Operations team, you will set product strategy and lead cross-functional teams building agentic AI pipelines and orchestrations to automate bank operations and workflows. You will translate user and business needs into actionable requirements and clear roadmaps. You will guide technical and non-technical decision-making from discovery through launch, helping teams deliver reliable, high-quality outcomes. You will also communicate progress and drive alignment with senior leaders across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve key business outcomes and operational performance
- Translate user and business needs into product strategy, priorities, and actionable requirements
- Own product roadmaps and write Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders from concept through launch
- Drive day-to-day decisions across product, design, and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes
- Present product direction, progress, and trade-offs to leaders to gain alignment and buy-in
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in product management or a related technical role
- Demonstrated experience operating in a strong product management culture
- Demonstrated ability to own the full product lifecycle, including product documentation and execution through launch
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through technical and non-technical decisions
- Working knowledge of large language model architectures and applied methods including prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation, model context protocols, and agentic frameworks

- Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience defining robust evaluation sets and leading quantitative and qualitative evaluation cycles to improve quality and reliability
