Oliver Wyman is seeking an AI Product Enablement Manager to join our Quotient team in London.
The Quotient Inside AI Product Enablement Manager leads the day-to-day execution of the AI Capability & Enablement function within Quotient Inside.
Operating at the intersection of Product Strategy and Product Delivery, this role translates firm-wide AI priorities into structured coaching, triage, experimentation, and scalable guidance.
This role serves as a linchpin between strategic intent and practical execution, owning the operating rhythms, stakeholder coordination, and workflow management that enable AI usage to scale responsibly across Oliver Wyman.
The AI Product Enablement Manager is both hands-on and systems-oriented, ensuring high-quality enablement while identifying patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Please Note: Oliver Wyman/Marsh operates a hybrid working policy of at least 60% in-office attendance
Key responsibilities will include:
Execution & Operating Model Delivery
Leading the day-to-day operations of the AI Capability & Enablement function, ensuring coaching, triage, experimentation, and standards-setting activities run effectively
Designing and managing structured workflows for intake, routing, escalation, and feedback loops
Tracking key performance indicators (e.g., adoption patterns, recurring use cases, response time, enablement effectiveness) and recommending course corrections
Community Engagement & Triage
Monitoring OW channels and serve as a clearing house for responding to AI questions and actioning requests
Assess inbound needs and route appropriately:
Direct bugs or platform issues to formal feedback mechanisms
Guide general AI usage questions to living exemplars, prompt libraries, or training materials
Connecting teams tackling similar use cases across Oliver Wyman and Marsh
Coaching & AI Experimentation
Providing AI coaching through office hours, working sessions, and 1:1 support with colleagues who reach out via feedback channels
Guiding colleagues in translating ambiguous problems into AI-solvable use cases
Conducting hands-on experimentation with AI tools, including:
Meta-prompting refinement
Custom GPT configuration
Workflow prototyping
Pattern Capture & Institutional Learning
Identifying recurring patterns across user requests and use cases
Synthesizing insights into reusable artifacts (living exemplars, blog posts, short demos, structured guides)
Contributing learning inputs to Product Strategy and the Director of AI Product Enablement
Stakeholder Coordination & Project Leadership
Leading discrete enablement initiatives from planning through execution (e.g., rollout of new prompting standards, custom GPT playbooks, adoption pilots)
Coordinating cross-functional contributors across Product Strategy, Design, Training & Comms, and platform teams
Who we are looking for…
You’ll have at least 6 years of experience in AI enablement, digital delivery, product operations, project management, or related roles
Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional initiatives with defined deliverables
Hands-on experience in working with AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom GPTs, prompt engineering, AI assistants)
Experience of operating in professional services or complex, matrixed environments preferred

A structured operator with strong project management and facilitation skills including coaching
Committed to AI experimentation fluency (meta-prompting, workflow testing, custom GPT exploration)
A strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
