PandaDoc is hiring an AI Ops Manager to transform our organization's operations through AI utilization. As the AI Ops Manager in Incubation, you will play a critical role in understanding internal needs and pain points across all departments, identifying opportunities for investment, and bringing new, innovative solutions to our teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Discovery: Work cross-functionally to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities within our current operations. Identify pain points, across departments, where AI can potentially be used to significantly improve our operations.
  • Develop: Design, prototype, develop, deploy technological solutions, resorting to AI tools and low code solutions, independently. Maintain the solutions.
  • Promote: Increase general awareness about AI and its potential; draw strategies to increase the adoption of the developed solutions and change processes when required; work across departments, communicating with stakeholders in order to deploy changes.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years in product management, engineering or an equivalent role in B2B SaaS, with hands-on experience with AI
  • System Thinking: Ability to identify complex problems within our organizational processes and think creatively and strategically to find optimal solutions.
  • AI Expertise: Deep understanding of various AI tools, applications, and trends, including but not limited to natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML)
  • Low Code Solutions: Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging no/low code solutions such as Airflow, Google AppSheet, or similar platforms to develop custom applications.
  • Software Development: Ability to draw requirements and develop solutions caring for the (internal) user experience and efficiency. Some proficiency in common programming languages, ability to quickly script, integrate, and deploy solutions independently.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and uncover actionable insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and drive them to successful completion within established timelines.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptability: Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices.
