  • Own the team's operating calendar and ensure alignment across portfolio reviews, governance checkpoints, leadership briefings, and cross-functional coordination sessions.
  • Identify inefficiencies across team processes — intake, tracking, reporting, and communication — and drive structured improvements using Lean and continuous improvement principles.

  • Assist with the coordination and logistics of training programs, enablement sessions, and AI communities of practice events.
  • Help develop and maintain training content, enablement materials, and role-based competency resources.

  • Support business case development for new AI initiatives, including value quantification, cost-benefit framing, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare executive briefings, board-level presentations, and governance documentation on behalf of the Director and team.
  • Research legal, ethical, and organizational dimensions of AI deployment in industrial engineering contexts.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a coordination point between Engineering, Digital, Finance, ARC Foundry, and HR teams on AI initiatives and enablement programs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, ensuring participants are prepared, agendas are clear, and outcomes are documented.
  • Prepare and distribute team communications that build organizational awareness and trust in AI tools and initiatives.
  • Partner with embedded AI Architects and engineering leads to understand workflow needs and surface priorities for the broader team.
