We are seeking an AI Operations Lead to design, build, and manage internal tools and AI services that power Tagup’s business operations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to define key metrics, integrate data sources, and create scalable systems that improve visibility and decision-making. You’ll be central to ensuring our business runs with clarity and speed, driving efficiency through automation and actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain internal applications that track business, engineering, and operational performance
- Build and optimize data pipelines that integrate information from finance, product, and operations systems
- Partner with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate them into measurable, real-time dashboards
- Automate recurring workflows and reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility across teams
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal analytics and tooling needs
- Collaborate with engineering to align internal tools with broader platform and product strategies
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, DevOps, or operations-focused software roles
- Strong proficiency with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience building dashboards, monitoring systems, or internal tools that support business operations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern data pipelines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into technical solutions
- Effective communicator, comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
- Bias for action, ownership mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is between $105,000 and $135,000 annually. We strive to provide a competitive salary and benefits package that aligns with our employees’ experience and qualifications.
