Executive Assistant supporting the leadership team by managing priorities, communications, confidential information, travel, off-sites, compliance documentation, board and investor materials, and special projects. The role requires strong judgment, exceptional writing, meticulous organization, discretion, and process-improvement skills. The assistant will work onsite regularly in New York City and help streamline executive workflows through systems and light automation.

Leads end-to-end customer engagements integrating software with government data systems. Designs and builds custom workflows, translates ambiguous requirements into technical plans, debugs production issues in constrained environments, documents decisions, reviews code, mentors engineers, and makes delivery trade-offs. Requires customer-facing software engineering experience, data integration expertise, and willingness to travel to U.S. military installations.

Integrate the company platform with government data and systems, onboard imperfect data, configure workflows, support releases, resolve customer issues, and build production software. The engineer owns workstreams end to end, collaborates directly with customers, supports deployments in constrained government environments, travels to military installations, and feeds field insights back into product development.

Architect and build Tagup’s core platform for ingesting, processing, and acting on billions of physical-world data points. Develop high-performance REST APIs, microservices, scalable ETL pipelines, AI-agent data systems, and cloud infrastructure. Own architectural domains spanning API design, data modeling, deployment, monitoring, and automated CI/CD. Ensure high availability, mentor junior engineers, and establish strong engineering standards while collaborating with data scientists and defense-focused operators.

Drive discovery and delivery for Manifest, translating operational needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and shipped AI-enabled capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, design, and customers, support deployments, track usage and impact, and ensure adoption in mission-critical defense logistics environments.

Lead Tagup's Air Force business development: identify and capture logistics, sustainment, and predictive maintenance opportunities; build senior relationships and pipeline across commands; run capture and proposals; coordinate demos, OTAs/SBIR transitions, and align product roadmap with customer needs. Represent Tagup at events and drive pursuits from first contact through award.

The Director of Business Development will shape growth strategies for AI-driven logistics and manage stakeholder relationships, proposals, and pipelines in the DoW sector.
