About this opportunity
We invite a Senior AI-Native Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact automation projects that tackle real challenges in the healthcare industry, directly improving the efficiency of patient care. You’ll identify friction points in patient workflows, system architecture, and QA processes, using AI tools to design solutions that streamline operations and enhance the patient experience.

🧩 Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll lead AI-driven projects from concept to delivery, turning complex challenges into practical solutions that create real impact for users.
- Own an AI-driven automation project end-to-end, from problem definition to deployment
- Leverage LLMs and AI coding tools to write, debug, and architect software efficiently
- Research stakeholder needs and propose scalable, effective technical solutions
- Rapidly prototype functional V1s and iterate based on feedback from medical advisors and the CTO
- Proactively share progress, raise blockers, and constructively challenge ideas to guide technical decisions
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders during US business hours to enable fast iteration and alignment
✅ Is that you?
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer building production applications
- Hands-on experience using LLMs and AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to generate, debug, and accelerate code
- Strong system design skills and ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical solutions
- Proven ownership of features end-to-end with high autonomy, from design and planning to implementation and deployment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, prioritizing product outcomes over specific languages or tools
- Clear, proactive communication, including sharing updates, reporting blockers, and constructively challenging ideas
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
- Ability to collaborate and attend meetings during US business hours
🟢 Desirable:
- Experience with TypeScript or ability to quickly adapt to TypeScript-based stacks
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments
