THE ROLE

We're looking for someone who can generate high-volume visual content using AI tools - think images, short video clips, motion graphics for Meta/Instagram ads. This isn't a traditional designer or editor role - it's for someone who lives and breathes AI content generation and understands what makes people stop scrolling. You create the content, our team handles the ads. (If you can edit the content to the final ads - a huge benefit)
Ideal candidate:

• Strong AI prompting skills - can consistently generate realistic, natural-looking visuals that don't scream "AI"

• Understands what engaging, scroll-stopping content looks like on social media

• Can produce high volume while maintaining quality and variety - different scenes, settings, angles, moods

• Has a good eye for authenticity - knows the difference between content that feels real vs. staged

• Self-driven, fast, and doesn't need hand-holding for every piece

This role is NOT for someone who: produces generic AI content with no attention to realism, can only make one style/look, or needs heavy creative direction on every piece.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

2. Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action, where we encourage you to add your watermarks on assets produced.

FIXED SERVICE FEE

€1,000 - €1,500 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

• Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.

• For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
  (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
