AI ML Lead - 5+ years

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Lead with a strong background in AI/ML 
and expertise in delivering scalable AI solutions across diverse problems. The ideal 
candidate should have a proven track record of translating business requirements into 
impactful AI solutions. Prior experience in Business Analysis, Product Management or 
Program Management is a plus. The candidate must have a strong educational 
background and be capable of collaborating directly with clients to ensure that AI 
solutions align with industry standards and regulations.

advancements, particularly in areas like Large Language Models (LLMs), generative 
and Agentic AI, and innovative deployment techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted AI advisor to clients, identifying business challenges and 
providing AI-driven solutions that address specific industry needs.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to design and implement 
solutions tailored to industry requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory 
standards in data security, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, from ideation to deployment, 
ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify AI opportunities within client 
organizations, helping them leverage AI for enhanced decision-making, and 
operational efficiency.
• Engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting AIdriven insights and strategies tailored to the client context.

Key Requirements:

• Education: 

o Bachelor’s degree Engineering, Math's or related field from top institutes.
o Certifications in AI/ML are advantageous.

• Experience:

o 5+ years in AI/ML solutions
o Prier experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Program 
Management. 
o Leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
o Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
• Required Technical Skills:
o Proficient in data analysis, machine learning algorithms and Python
o Hands-on experience with AI/ML techniques, including predictive analytics, 
NLP, computer vision, and process automation.
o Expertise in LLMs, including fine-tuning, optimization, and large-scale 
deployment.
o Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and different frameworks for it.
o Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and MLOps
practices for AI model deployment.
o Experience with tools like LangChain and models from OpenAI, Azure 
OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.
