AI / ML Intern

Job Summary: 

The AI & ML Intern will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases. This role emphasizes hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, backend integration, and cloud-native services, while also providing opportunities to work on innovative projects that deliver measurable business impact. The candidate should have a strong foundation in AI systems, programming, and cloud platforms, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and deploy AI applications using models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Anthropic Claude.
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems via REST APIs and cloud-native services.
• Implement and manage vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Redis, Azure Cognitive Search) for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Develop scalable backend services using Python or Node.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and costs across Azure and AWS environments.
• Research and recommend new AI/ML tools, frameworks, and methodologies to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of LLMs and their integration into enterprise workflows.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Anthropic Claude.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for backend development.
• Solid understanding of REST API design and integration.
• Practical exposure to Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of vector databases for AI applications.

Experience:

• Minimum: Fresh Graduate.
• Preferred: 1 year(s).

Education/Qualification:

• Minimum: Bachelor's in CS/DS/AI.
