Position Summary
We are seeking a fresh graduate AI/ML Engineer to do design, development, testing, and fielding of advanced integrated networking and computing systems for tactical (military) applications. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on leveraging commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) networking and wireless communication technologies to create rugged, high-performance systems suitable for challenging operational environments.

The AL/ML Engineer is a proven technical leader with deep expertise in modern hardware design who can guide a multidisciplinary team from concept through deployment. The AL/ML Engineer should be able to work independently with a minimal amount of supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Translating business needs into technical requirements and implementing the requirements into services and applications.
- Collaborating with technical area owners both on design and implementation.
- Designing, developing and maintaining services and applications utilizing AI models and agentic workflows.?
Note: Must be a U.S. citizen (due to the nature of the work involving sensitive tactical/military systems)
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Effective use of AI-powered development tools such as Cursor or Augment. Experience on multi-agent orchestration and workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Linux. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker and cloud framework like OpenShift.
- Knowledge of AI framework tools like vLLM, Langfuse and FalkorDB/Neo4j.
- Competence from databases like OpenSearch and MariaDB/PostgreSQL and system level observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience with gitlab, CI/CD pipelines, APIs and Robot framework.
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances.
