Plans, executes, and analyzes RF performance verification for 4G LTE and 5G NR base stations and network elements. Troubleshoots performance issues through RF testing and L1/L2 log analysis, configures test equipment, integrates multivendor systems, supports customers, demonstrates products, delivers technical training, and mentors junior engineers.

Lead the architecture, design, simulation, development, testing, and integration of RF transceivers and front-end systems for advanced wireless communications. Define link budgets, select components, evaluate tradeoffs, review PCB layouts, support prototypes and board bring-up, troubleshoot designs, and execute validation strategies. Serve as an RF technical authority, influence product roadmaps, collaborate across engineering disciplines, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.

Designs, simulates, integrates, and tests RF transceiver systems and front-end circuits for wireless communication products. Responsibilities include RF architecture, link-budget analysis, component selection, electromagnetic simulation, schematic development, PCB layout review, prototype bring-up, troubleshooting, validation planning, and cross-functional integration. The engineer independently owns assigned RF subsystem activities and supports product development from design through validation.

Develops and executes hardware verification plans, integrates electrical, mechanical, and firmware components, troubleshoots system failures, and performs laboratory testing. Creates Python-based test automation, analyzes test data, supports compliance testing, maintains requirements traceability, and collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams to validate product performance, reliability, interoperability, and regulatory compliance.

Leads mechanical design for space and defense hardware, from product requirements through production launch. Responsibilities include mechanical design, thermal modeling, environmental design, safety and regulatory testing, hardware evaluation, PCB and connector integration, supplier coordination, prototype assembly, factory testing, milestone documentation, and technical guidance for junior engineers.

Leads electrical hardware design for mission-critical defense systems from requirements and schematics through prototyping, factory testing, and production. Collaborates with architects, mechanical and software engineers, PCB layout specialists, and supply chain partners to deliver reliable, manufacturable products. Oversees status reporting, coordinates materials and testing, and mentors junior engineers while ensuring performance, compliance, and adherence to demanding defense requirements.

Lead hardware architecture, design, integration, testing, and fielding of rugged tactical networking and computing systems using COTS networking and wireless technologies. Define system requirements for SWaP, thermal, and environmental constraints; develop schematics and PCB designs; perform bring-up, debug, and system-level testing; collaborate with cross-functional teams; conduct design reviews and risk assessments; mentor hardware engineers; and support production transitions and DFM with contract manufacturers.
