About you
As an AI/ML Agentic Engineer, you are passionate about building intelligent systems that transform business processes and customer experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving complex problems, and are eager to push the boundaries of AI innovation.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making across sales and marketing workflows.
- Build multi-agent systems that collaborate to solve complex GTM challenges.
- Deploy predictive models that improve lead conversion and retention.
- Contribute to NLP solutions such as chatbots and sentiment analysis for customer engagement.
- Write clean, testable code and participate in technical discussions.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI features.
- Research emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on our competitive advantage.
- Prototype innovative solutions that could revolutionise our industry approach.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases.
- Contribute to Access Group's AI strategy and roadmap development.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on ML/AI development experience.
- Experience with AI / Automation tools such as n8n or Revelance.
- Strong Python programming and HTML skills with deep knowledge of ML frameworks.
- Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with ML services and deployment pipelines.
- LLM fine-tuning and deployment experience, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Understanding of connectivity across datasets, platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, DataBricks) and APIs.
