We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineering Lead to join our Paris-based team within the TCM group. This is not a traditional management role—you’ll lead a team of AI engineers while staying deeply involved in building and delivering GenAI solutions.
What You’ll Do- Lead a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Research, Design and implement GenAI solutions
- Foster an inclusive, innovative team culture focused on learning and collaboration.
- Keep up with AI research and trends, integrating relevant innovations into our solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (AI/ML focus preferred).
- 7+ years in software development, including 2+ years in AI/ML/GenAI engineering.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Deep expertise in AI/ML with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI.
- Track record of deploying GenAI solutions in production.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with large-scale analytics and ML libraries.
- Experience with modern AI frameworks and tools (e.g., LangGraph, MCP).
