Your impact at NN
You will be part of our internal AI engineering team building the AI Contract Wizard and expanding its capabilities into control assurance automation. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy a scalable future-proof GenAI solutions
that may include:
· automating document checks to ensure required evidence is available and up to date,
· extracting content from assurance reports to populate reporting templates using RAG and AI,
enabling faster, smarter, and more reliable contract management across the organization.
We are also committed to your development with certification support in AI and cloud, soft-skill trainings, and regular feedback.
The tasks you will perform
· Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent generative AI solution in a Cloud platform infrastructure, using Azure and other company platforms. Integrate the solution with other systems.
· Build scalable, MLFlow-compatible LLM pipelines.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Platform, IT, Business) to deliver both local and international AI solution.
· Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of AI solutions in production environments.
· Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
· Stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI and actively share knowledge with the team.
The knowledge and experience you bring
· Hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation metrics, RAG pipelines) and document processing.
· MLOps & LLMOps lifecycle: Experience with production-ready AI systems.
· Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain/Langgraph...)
· Experience with APIs, microservices, integration (FastAPI is a strong plus).
· Strong Python skills and proficiency with tools like Git for code versioning and AzureDevops or similar for CI/CD practices.
· Experience with Azure Cloud Platforms.
· Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
· Experience with async programming.
· Basic experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
· Data pipeline principles (e.g., medallion architecture, slowly changing dimensions) and ability to implement pipelines for unstructured data.
· Communication with various technical and non-technical stakeholders in English comes naturally to you.
· Working in an Agile environment within a corporate setting is nothing new to you.
· Frontend experience with React and TypeScript is a plus.
