THE BIG PICTURE

We’re looking for a passionate communicator and organizer to help drive the adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise and other AI tools across Capco. In this role, you’ll support training, communications, and change initiatives to ensure responsible and effective use of GenAI in daily work.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop clear and engaging training materials: FAQs, guides, presentations, and onboarding content.
  • Support internal communications and help teams get started with AI tools.
  • Organize workshops, office hours, and spotlight success stories to build an active AI community.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate AI into everyday workflows.
  • Assist with governance processes, ensuring materials align with compliance and ethical standards.
  • Track adoption metrics and feedback to improve engagement and report progress.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong writing and presentation skills across formats (PowerPoint, Word, intranet, email).
  • Experience in training, communications, or change management.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and interest in responsible AI use.
  • Comfortable working with data and feedback to guide improvements.
Nice to Have
  • Background in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or Communications.
  • Experience with collaboration platforms (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, intranet CMS, survey tools).
  • Skills in building communities of practice or knowledge hubs.
