The AI Intern will support teams with a primary focus on organization, AI workflow development: Creating, testing, and iterating on AI-powered automations and agents. Throughout the internship, you will engage in meaningful operational projects, attend lunch‑and‑learn sessions with internal stakeholders, participate in networking activities, and contribute to project showcases that highlight your work.
Key Responsibilities
- AI workflow development: Creating, testing, and iterating on AI-powered automations and agents.
- Monitoring and anomaly detection: Implementing and maintaining AI-driven tools to monitor infrastructure performance, detect anomalies, and reduce alert fatigue.
- Data analysis and preparation: Analyzing large operational datasets and preparing or annotating data to train or refine AI models.
- Documentation and process improvement: Mapping existing manual workflows, documenting new AI processes, and updating playbooks.
- Performance evaluation: Testing prototypes for accuracy, investigating root causes of issues, and tracking operational KPIs.
