As an AI Intern with us, you’ll find motivation and inspiration in a culture that emphasizes passion for patients as you discover your own strengths. We are looking for someone to join our team for a 6‑month internship in Nyon, Switzerland. In this role, you will support different marketing and digital projects across Europe, within the Surgical Division, contributing to the team’s ongoing transformation involving AI tools.
How you’ll make an impact:
Support the rollout of digital and AI-related tools within marketing and training teams
Help collect and analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making
Contribute to the creation of training materials and user guides
Assist with communication and coordination of IA projects across teams
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Help document processes and prepare reports or dashboards
Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and other internal teams
What you'll need (Required):
Master’s student or recent graduate in Data, IT, Business, or similar
Knowledge of digital tools, data, and AI is a must
Great analytical and organizational skills
Comfortable with Excel and working with data, with knowledge of tools like Power BI or Python.
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Fluent in English, additional European languages are a plus
