AI Intern

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic AI Intern to join our AI team. The internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates to gain practical experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise AI solutions. The intern will work alongside experienced engineers on research, development, testing, and implementation of AI-powered solutions, while contributing to innovation initiatives, customer projects, and AI-enabled business solutions.

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered applications and proof-of-concepts under the guidance of senior engineers. The role involves working with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, machine learning models, computer vision, and intelligent automation solutions.

The AI Intern will support research and development activities, prepare and process datasets, integrate AI services and APIs, evaluate model performance, and contribute to technical documentation. The intern will participate in developing AI-driven features for enterprise applications, assist in prototype development, and support customer demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.

Experience

• Fresh graduate or final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Academic or personal projects in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning will be considered an advantage.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, CoPilot, or similar AI technologies.
• Basic understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted application development.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS AI services, or similar cloud AI platforms will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Passion for Artificial Intelligence, innovation, research, and continuous learning.

Education/Qualification

• Minimum requirement: Final-year student or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications, AI coursework, or participation in AI competitions/projects will be considered an added advantage.
