- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, from ideation and proof-of-concept through deployment and operationalization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
- Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with ChemTreat’s strategic objectives.
- Establish and promote best practices for AI development, model governance, and responsible AI.
- Communicate complex AI concepts and project status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices; recommend and pilot innovative approaches.
- Mentor and guide team members and business partners in AI literacy and adoption.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards in all AI initiatives.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., Python, etc.)
- Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Databricks, etc.)
- Experience building AI Agents and working with Agentic Frameworks (e.g. Langchain, LangFlow, Strands, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, MSFT Agent Framework, etc.)
- Strong project management skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time
- Ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field required
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment and managing or leading AI/analytics projects
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in Snowflake (e.g. Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Symantic Views and Models, Agents) preferred
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, PMP) are a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $110,130 - $124,900 USD per year.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
