• Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects, from ideation and proof-of-concept through deployment and operationalization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with ChemTreat’s strategic objectives.
• Establish and promote best practices for AI development, model governance, and responsible AI.
• Communicate complex AI concepts and project status to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices; recommend and pilot innovative approaches.
• Mentor and guide team members and business partners in AI literacy and adoption.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards in all AI initiatives.

• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., Python, etc.)
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, Databricks, etc.)
• Experience building AI Agents and working with Agentic Frameworks (e.g. Langchain, LangFlow, Strands, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, MSFT Agent Framework, etc.) 
• Strong project management skills; proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time
• Ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and responsible AI practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field required
• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment and managing or leading AI/analytics projects
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Snowflake (e.g. Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Symantic Views and Models, Agents) preferred
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B environments preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer, PMP) are a plus
