We are currently seeking an AI & Innovation Development Manager specializing in Data & Analytics to join our JLL Technologies AI & Innovation team. The primary purpose of the role is to lead the development of winning solutions for prospective clients. That includes identifying business needs and areas of improvement to be addressed with out of the box ideas, consulting on innovations, innovation implementation by working across cross functional team including engineering, product and account team members, managing and mitigating the project risks and deploying the solutions to both internal and external environments.

What this job involves

As an AI & Innovation Manager at JLL Technologies, you will be directly responsible for

  • Identifying AI and innovation/improvement opportunities within JLL Data & Analytics landscape
  • Evaluating feasibility, effort required and potential impact of prospective AI and innovation projects
  • Coordinating cross functional teams to deliver pilot instances of innovation initiatives
  • Managing AI and innovation projects through cross functional teams
  • Solution design of AI and innovation initiatives
  • Managing development of AI solutions
  • Consulting and deployment of AI solutions
  • Managing Beta deployments of the developed solutions
  • Gathering early feedback to the developed solutions
  • Designing innovation development roadmaps
  • Evaluating complex requirements among multiple stakeholders
  • Managing and reporting delivery risks and issues
  • Managing communications with key stakeholders

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing AI tools
  • Experience in AI solutions application
  • Knowledge in prompt engineering
  • Expertise in solution design
  • Ability to independently drive projects and initiatives
  • IT Project management w/concentration on software delivery management
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering
  • Cross functional team coordination
  • Relationship management and communications
  • Proven ability to navigate in a large matrix organization
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomously
  • Knowledge of real estate industry preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRE applications is a plus
  • Ability to use SQL and Databricks is a plus

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in information systems, computer science, or business administration
  • Agile PM or equivalent certification preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in IT industry or department
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience in leading IT programs
  • Experience in managing simultaneous complex projects from inception to successful completion
  • Experience in real estate Industry a plus

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:

132,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
