About the Role

Block LLP is seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Implementation Specialist to lead the firm's artificial intelligence and automation initiatives. This role will play a critical part in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance both the employee and client experience through the strategic use of AI technologies.

Working closely with firm leadership and departments across the organization, the AI Implementation Specialist will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions that support operational excellence. What You'll DoAI Strategy & Innovation
  • Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
  • Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute the firm's AI strategy and roadmap.
  • Research emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Serve as the firm's internal subject matter expert on AI tools, platforms, and best practices.
Workflow Automation
  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automated workflows across departments.
  • Eliminate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop automated reporting, dashboards, notifications, and data collection systems.
  • Integrate AI tools with existing firm technology platforms and software systems.
AI Agent Development
  • Build, deploy, and maintain department-specific AI assistants and agents.
  • Develop solutions that support client intake, case management, litigation support, demand preparation, medical record review, HR, recruiting, marketing, and internal operations.
  • Continuously optimize prompts, workflows, and AI agent performance.
Training & Change Management
  • Train employees on AI tools, workflows, and best practices.
  • Create documentation, SOPs, and implementation guides.
  • Support firm-wide adoption initiatives and promote successful utilization of AI solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and ongoing training sessions to encourage continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience implementing AI, automation, workflow, or business systems solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI tools in a business environment.
  • Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and modern AI platforms.
  • Experience building automated workflows and business process automations.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to independently manage projects from concept through implementation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Claude Enterprise, Claude Workflow, Gemini, ChatGPT Enterprise, or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, Relevance AI, Lindy, or comparable automation tools.
  • Experience developing AI agents, custom GPTs, or similar AI-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow orchestration.
  • Experience implementing AI solutions in a legal, professional services, or operational environment.
