We are looking for a highly creative and experienced AI-First Art / Graphic Designer to support the development of high-quality visual content across multiple creative projects and brand accounts.

The ideal candidate will combine strong traditional graphic design and visual communication skills with a deep understanding of AI-powered creative tools. This role is suited for a designer who uses AI as an integral part of the creative process to conceptualise, generate, experiment, iterate, and elevate visual output.

A strong portfolio, refined creative judgement, excellent visual taste, and the ability to deliver work to a high creative standard will be essential.

• Develop high-quality graphic design and visual assets across assigned brands and creative projects.
• Conceptualise and execute creative ideas from initial direction through final artwork.
• Apply strong principles of typography, layout, composition, colour, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Develop visual concepts, moodboards, treatments, and creative directions in collaboration with senior creative stakeholders.
• Use AI-powered image and video generation tools as an integral part of the creative development process.
• Experiment with tools such as Higgsfield, Cinema Studio, Seedance, Nano Banana, Midjourney, and other emerging AI creative platforms.
• Use AI to conceptualise, generate, iterate, refine, and enhance visual concepts.
• Combine AI-generated assets with traditional design techniques to create polished and production-ready creative work.
• Develop multiple creative directions and iterations based on briefs, feedback, and project requirements.
• Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Creative Suite to develop, refine, and finalise creative assets.
• Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, account teams, and other stakeholders.
• Present creative concepts and clearly articulate the thinking behind visual decisions.
• Respond positively to feedback and make rapid iterations while maintaining creative quality.
• Manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Maintain consistency in visual quality, brand guidelines, and creative execution across projects.
• Stay updated with emerging AI image-generation, video-generation, design, and creative technologies.
• Explore new AI-led creative workflows and identify opportunities to improve creative efficiency and output.
• Maintain a high standard of visual craft and ensure all final deliverables are polished and presentation-ready.

• 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, art direction, or a related creative discipline.
• Strong experience in graphic design and visual communication, with excellent fundamentals in typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Previous experience working in a creative agency, advertising, branding, digital, or similar fast-paced creative environment is preferred.
• Experience working with consumer, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or other brand-led categories will be an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to use AI image and creative-generation tools as part of an end-to-end design workflow.
• Hands-on familiarity with Midjourney, Higgsfield, Cinema Studio, Seedance, Nano Banana, or comparable AI image/video generation platforms.
• Ability to demonstrate how AI is used for concept development, visual exploration, generation, iteration, and creative enhancement.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating refined design craft, creative range, visual taste, and high-quality execution.
• Portfolio should ideally include examples of AI-assisted creative experimentation alongside strong traditional design work.
• Strong conceptual thinking and art-direction skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a sharp visual eye and strong creative judgement.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative thinking clearly.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and working collaboratively.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
• A designer-first mindset with AI deeply integrated into the creative workflow, rather than relying solely on AI-generated output or prompting.
