Are you ready to start your career within AI? We’re looking for motivated and skilled graduates to join us from August/September 2027 or the beginning of 2028.
What you’ll do
As an AI Graduate Consultant, you'll work end-to-end with clients to deliver impact with AI technology. While developing and delivering solutions is your core focus, you'll also get the chance to work across a broader scope – engaging with clients on their AI use cases, building impact cases, and driving adoption and value creation.
What you’ll bring
We're looking for talented individuals currently pursuing (or already holding) a relevant master's degree – such as data science, IT, engineering, or computer science – alongside the following:
Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in how technology drives business value
An AI builder's mindset – you know the latest tools and understand how they work under the hood (cloud infrastructure experience is a bonus)
Clear, structured communication and the ability to turn complexity into clarity
A collaborative mindset: proactive, empathetic, and comfortable taking responsibility
What we offer
You'll join a team of dedicated nerds with a genuine passion for AI and for creating real change with it. At The Tech Collective, we combine development and delivery capabilities with a strong focus on adoption and value realisation, in a diverse team where we aim to develop you both as a professional and as a person.
You'll get early client exposure, a steep learning curve, and close sparring with experienced consultants, alongside internal training, keynotes, and hands-on learning across AI, data, cyber, and digital strategy. Our culture is built on high autonomy with responsibility, co-creation, and active knowledge-sharing – and you'll work on projects across industries and disciplines, from strategy rooms to solution pilots with leading technologies.
