- Help create automated validations, process guidance, and readiness checks that reduce manual effort and improve compliance.
- Support governance forums with insights, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Partner with business, regional, and technology stakeholders to understand pain points and remove friction from processes.
- Document processes, standards, and best practices to improve transparency and scalability.
- Contribute to AI governance, demand management, workforce transformation, and operating model initiatives.
What you’ll learn:
- How AI and digital governance support business decision-making and transformation.
- The fundamentals of enterprise transformation and organizational change.
- How modern IT operating models enable business strategy and execution.
- The principles of demand and portfolio management in a global organization.
- How process automation can improve efficiency and user experience.
- How to engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions.
- Practical change management approaches to drive adoption and impact.
- Continuous improvement methodologies and ways of working.
- How AI-enabled solutions can help shape the future of business operations.
