Position Purpose: The Commercial Product team’s mission is to drive growth by executing Beeline’s business strategy. We support Beeline investment decisions, prioritization, and allocation of talent, by providing a holistic understanding of our products, markets, and relative advantages. We do so by closely monitoring the key trends driving our business and industry forward, building and maintaining internal and external relationships with customers, influencers and ecosystem partners, and setting the strategy and roadmaps for the products portfolio.
This AI Governance & Compliance Analyst is an entry point into Beeline’s AI governance function, sitting within Beeline’s Commercial Products team and reporting to the Senior Director, AI Products. The individual will help monitor the evolving global AI regulatory landscape, define the AI compliance roadmap, and assist the Delivery and Product Operations Leads with governance documentation and process evolution across the PDLC and SDLC. This role is well suited to someone who is curious, organized, and eager to build hands-on experience with AI agents and automations, internal enablement, and Beeline’s public-facing trust content, while working closely with and learning from Product, Engineering, Delivery, Security, Legal, and Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and research the global AI regulatory landscape (e.g., the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and emerging U.S. state-level AI statutes) under the guidance of AI Products leadership, and summarize implications for internal stakeholders.
- Define Beeline’s AI compliance roadmap by setting goals, tracking milestones, gathering input from stakeholders, and flagging regulatory developments that may affect prioritization.
- Assist the Delivery Manager and Product Operations Lead with AI governance and compliance processes and evidence-gathering across the PDLC and SDLC
- Build and maintain AI agents and automations that support Beeline’s compliance operations, including documentation generation and policy tracking.
- Participate in cross-functional AI governance discussions with Legal, Security, Data Science, and Product, capturing risk register updates and following up on action items.
- Help maintain governance policies, model documentation standards, and acceptable-use guidelines, keeping the repository current as Beeline’s AI footprint grows.
- Support internal AI compliance education by contributing to enablement materials and training content for internal teams.
- Own day-to-day updates to AI-related RFP content and assist with external representation of Beeline’s AI compliance posture, primarily through RFP responses and standard prospect inquiries.
- Contribute to Beeline’s public AI Trust Center, coordinating content updates with design and marketing partners.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance, risk, data privacy, governance, or a related analytical field; exposure to a SaaS or enterprise technology environment a plus
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001) and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), with a genuine interest in deepening this expertise
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for varied audiences
- Interest in building hands-on experience with AI agents and automation tools (e.g., Claude, CoPilot, and similar platforms); prior exposure a plus but not required
Desired Competencies:
- Intensely curious, with a genuine appetite for tracking fast-moving regulatory, technical, and competitive developments in AI
- Emerging market research skills, comfortable synthesizing regulatory and industry information into clear, organized summaries
- Enthusiastic, hands-on user of AI tools in daily work, eager to learn how to build agents and automations that make operational processes smarter and faster
- Clear written and verbal communicator, comfortable supporting customer- and prospect-facing compliance conversations alongside more senior colleagues
- Collaborative and coachable, able to build working relationships across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, and Sales
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage documentation, trust content, and RFP responses accurately and on time
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset, eager to take on progressively greater ownership as familiarity with Beeline’s AI strategy and regulatory landscape deepens
- Able to think beyond area of control to do what is right for Beeline’s broader AI strategy and reputation
