HPE Operations is our innovative IT services organization. It provides the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation. What you'll do:
- Understand business requirement to develop and implement solutions that address business needs and adhere to big data architectural guidelines
- Develop data-driven solutions to complex business challenges while working with data scientists and business consultant
- Troubleshoot, debug when data is found to be inaccurate.
- Architect and create data views from traditional source systems as well as big data store to feed into analytics solutions and visualization layers
- Root cause analysis of data issues and coming up with stable long terms solutions
- Support tools and applications, including adding development enhancements
- Provide ad-hoc support for HPE Enterprise Group Operations analytics requests
What you need to bring:
- Masters’s degree in Business management, Business Analytics or equivalent
- 8-12 years’ overall experience in industry experience
- Excellent experience in data handling, synthesizing and analyzing using databases like SQL
- Experience in Supply chain analytics preferred
- 5+ years experience in supply chain analytics is a must
- 5+ years working on data warehousing (SQL)
- Strong in user requirements gathering, maintenance, and support
- Strong business acumen to understand the larger picture, business issues and formulate/propose solutions
- Exposure to data science projects will be an added advantage
