AI Full Stack Developer (Backend focus)

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable REST APIs using Python FastAPI.

• Improve code structure and architecture to support testability and maintainability.

• Implement high-availability processing systems (24/7 readiness).

• Contribute hands-on to backend-heavy full-stack development projects.

• Integrate OpenAI APIs (system prompts, function calling, etc.).

• Support frontend development using React, Dash, and Bootstrap (light exposure expected).

• Work with Microsoft Azure for cloud-based development and deployment.

• Collaborate with UX teammates using tools like Figma Dev.

• (Optional) Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate SaaS product delivery.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building full-stack applications, with strong focus on Python backend development.

• Solid experience with Python AsyncIO and FastAPI.

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure (infrastructure is fully hosted here).

• 1+ year of experience integrating OpenAI APIs or similar AI APIs (e.g., understanding system prompts, function calling).

• Ability to develop UI components using React and Dash (secondary skill).

• Familiarity with Generative AI (non-ML role, but system integration required).

• English at C1 level — must communicate effectively and proactively with stakeholders.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for SaaS product delivery.

• Familiarity with Codeium or other AI coding assistants.

• Experience with Bootstrap and modern frontend styling frameworks.

• Exposure to GraphQL or other API paradigms.

• Prior collaboration with UX teams using Figma Dev.
