We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced serving capabilities for both generative AI and traditional machine learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the serving component supporting generative AI use cases as well as classical AI models
• Drive performance optimization and troubleshooting, with a strong focus on high-concurrency and scalable workloads
• Integrate serving solutions with high-level AI applications and frameworks
• Design, build, and leverage agentic solutions to improve automation and system intelligence
• Implement generative algorithms to support emerging AI use cases
• Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience in AI/ML systems engineering and model serving
• Proven ability to optimize performance in distributed or high-load environments
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and agentic architectures
• Solid understanding of generative AI concepts and algorithms
• This role is critical to advancing scalable AI infrastructure and enabling next-generation intelligent applications.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML systems, including model deployment and serving architectures
• Familiarity with generative models and state-of-the-art algorithms in the GenAI space
• Very good programming skills in C++ and Python
• Proven ability to optimize performance in distributed and high-load environments
• Experience in developing production-ready applications with a focus on reliability, scalability, and quality
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related tech majors
• Fluency in English

Business group:The Software Team drives customer value by enabling differentiated experiences through leadership AI technologies and foundational software stacks, products, and services. The group is responsible for developing the holistic strategy for client and data center software in collaboration with OSVs, ISVs, developers, partners and OEMs. The group delivers specialized NPU IP to enable the AI PC and GPU IP to support all of Intel's market segments. The group also has HW and SW engineering experts responsible for delivering IP, SOCs, runtimes, and platforms to support the CPU and GPU/accelerator roadmap, inclusive of integrated and discrete graphics.

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.

Annual Salary Range for this job which could be performed in Poland is: 170 310,00 zł - zł388,330.00 The compensation range displayed in this posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, and relevant education, training. As part of our total compensation approach, the final offer may include additional pay components and benefits. Your recruiting team will share the confirmed base salary along with any applicable total compensation elements upon employment offer delivery.
