Who Are We
Hansen (ASX: HSN) is a global provider of software and services to the communications, media, energy, and utilities industries. Supporting more than 600 customers across 80+ countries, our platforms power critical business processes—from customer engagement and revenue management to product innovation and service delivery.
Today, the software industry is entering its next major evolution. AI is fundamentally changing how software is designed, developed, tested, and operated. At Hansen, we are embracing that shift and investing in the transformation from traditional software engineering to AI-first engineering.
This role sits at the centre of that journey.
Why This Role Matters
Transform Engineering. Shape the Future. Build the AI-Native Software Organization.
As our AI-First Engineering Transformation Lead, you'll be responsible for helping Hansen redefine how software is built across our Communications & Media portfolio. Working closely with the Office of the CTO, engineering leaders, architects, and development teams, you'll drive the transition from traditional development practices toward AI-native engineering workflows.
We're looking for someone who combines deep technical credibility with the ability to lead organizational change. You'll operate as a player-coach, working directly with engineering teams while influencing leaders across the organization to adopt new ways of working.
Your impact will be measurable through improved developer productivity, faster delivery cycles, higher software quality, and the successful adoption of AI-powered engineering practices across Hansen.
