AI Interview Experience Executive
Location: Kandivali Skill Centre, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM-5:00 PM
About the Role
Represent Apna at the AI Interview Preparation Centre and help students become interview-ready
using AI. This is a people-facing role involving candidate engagement, classroom outreach,
employer demonstrations and daily centre operations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Guide students through AI Interview Preparation.
• Conduct classroom awareness sessions and encourage participation.
• Assist with registration, profile creation and interview completion.
• Explain AI feedback reports and encourage repeat practice.
• Coordinate with trainers, administration and the Centre Head.
• Demonstrate the solution to visiting employers.
• Perform daily kiosk readiness checks and report issues.
• Maintain daily activity reports.
Success Measures
• Support 50+ candidate interactions daily.
• Drive classroom participation and Friday job fair engagement.
• Maintain kiosk readiness and accurate reporting.
• Build strong relationships with centre stakeholders.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management, student engagement, placement activities, or event coordination.
- Ability to work independently and drive participation targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.
