About the Role
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to integrate AI models into customer-facing applications
- Conduct experiments, analyze data, and iterate models for performance improvement
- Optimize model performance and scalability (e.g., quantization, distillation, edge deployment)
- Stay current with the latest research and apply relevant findings to real-world problems
- Build and maintain pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, training, and evaluation
- Contribute to overall system design and participate in code reviews
About You
- 2-3 years’ experience in AI/ML Engineering or Applied Data Science
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, and OpenCV.
- Experience with building, training, and deploying models in production
- Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience in LLM frameworks like LangChain and Vector databases like Pinecone is an asset
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Familiarity with front-end or full-stack technologies is a plus
