As a forward-thinking AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions using Copilot, Power Platform, Azure/Microsoft Foundry, and other low-code/no-code tools. This role blends software engineering, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions across business domains.
Position Responsibilities:- Helps translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications or user stories.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Designs, develops, tests, delivers, maintains, and improves AI-driven applications as a member of a team, working across full-stack through the entire software development lifecycle.
- Design and build intuitive user interfaces, robust APIs, and scalable server-side logic.
- Apply disciplined coding practices to enable agility and delivery of high-quality code.
- Implement design patterns, automation tools, and semantic versioning where and when available
- Perform technical "spikes" to explore and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI models and algorithms for performance and accuracy.
- Document deployment guides, maintenance plans, support materials, and business reports.
- Deliver high-quality, scalable AI solutions integrated with API and enterprise platforms (e.g SharePoint, M365, Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, WD, etc).
- Ensure responsible AI practices, including transparency, fairness, and compliance.
- Monitor and maintain deployed agents, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Amendable to working in QC (hybrid setup) and on a mid-shift schedule (or as required by the business)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development or automation, with at least 1 year in AI or low-code platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Azure/Microsoft Foundry, designing technical requirements, and documenting data flows for low-code or API-based integrations.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agents, memory, and goal-driven behavior.
- Familiarity with Azure AI services, Power BI, and Dataverse is a plus.
- Ability to break down complex problems and design scalable, ethical AI solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and ethical AI design principles.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder), Copilot Studio, Azure/Microsoft Foundry
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, and ethical AI frameworks.
- Background in enterprise integration (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in agile environments and cross functional teams.
