What we're looking forSolid SWE fundamentals and experience with APIs + LLM apps
Strong coding skills (Python + one systems language)
Fast learner who iterates fast and thrives in fast-changing environments
Self-motivated builder with intrinsic motivation and excellent logical reasoning
Design AI workflows and multi-agent systems (planning, tools, integrations, memory)
Engineer prompts, retrieval, and guardrails with strong observability
Continuously evaluate and productionize: tests, CI/CD, monitoring
Evaluation of AI components (benchmarks, regression suites, etc.)
Building environments and sandboxes for LLM operations
Experience with Python AI frameworks (LangChain, Pydantic AI, ...)
Data engineering and pipelines
Experience with A/B testing, drift monitoring, statistical evals
Shipped multi-LLM-agent systems at scale
