About the role

BizzyCar is seeking a talented and driven AI Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our AI-powered toolset. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and algorithms that directly impact our customer experience and operational efficiency. This role demands a strong understanding of machine learning principles, software development best practices, and a passion for creating innovative solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to deliver cutting-edge AI features that drive BizzyCar's growth. If you are passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world problems and have a proven track record of developing consumer-facing AI applications, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement AI Models: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including customer interaction, predictive analytics, and process automation.
• Enhance Existing AI Toolset: Improve the performance, accuracy, and scalability of our existing AI algorithms and models, measure performance and maintain models.
• Consumer Interaction AI Development: Create and refine AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, such as chatbots, personalized recommendations, and sentiment analysis tools.
• Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements, communicate progress, and deliver high-quality AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in AI/machine learning development, with a focus on consumer-facing communication solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
