AI Engineer

Amity Solutions, through its AI Labs, is partnering with Egg Digital to deliver the Influmatch Project—an AI-powered platform that matches brand requirements with suitable KOLs (influencers).

As an AI Engineer on this project you will be embedded in the Egg Digital team, ensuring smooth collaboration on project requirements, technical delivery and long‑term system maintenance. You will also contribute to Egg Digital’s MarTech AI projects, supporting sustained AI development and innovation. Beyond the Influmatch platform you will:

• Shape AI strategy and propose initiatives that bring measurable business value.
• Mentor junior engineers and cultivate an environment of innovation.
• Represent AI best practices to both Amity Solutions and Egg Digital stakeholders.

Design & Build AI Models

• Develop recommendation algorithms and ranking models to match brands with suitable influencers based on audience, engagement, content type, demographics and other criteria.
• Design and ship LLM agents and chatbots that integrate into web applications (Node.js/TypeScript/Python, REST/GraphQL, React/Next.js) using agent‑to‑agent (A2A) patterns and multi‑component protocols. Manage prompts, memory, tools, safety and fall‑backs.
• Apply agentic AI techniques by creating autonomous agents that plan, reason and optimize campaigns without constant human input.
• Research and experiment with new AI techniques such as generative models to enhance brand–KOL matching.

Data Handling & Processing

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from brands, social media, and influencer profiles.
  
• Build and operate RAG pipelines—covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, hybrid search and re‑rankers—with freshness, access‑control and governance. Work with vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch) to support retrieval.
• Engineer features for models, e.g., engagement rate, sentiment analysis, brand compatibility scoring.
  

Integration & Deployment

• Implement AI models into the Influmatch platform for dashboard or API access and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Oversee technical architecture for deploying scalable AI solutions, utilizing Docker and Kubernetes, and implement robust version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts (PoCs), minimum viable products (MVPs) and scalable AI applications, particularly with generative AI.
  

System Optimization & Maintenance

• Monitor model performance over time and retrain models as new data becomes available.
  
• Improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  

Research & Innovation

• Stay at the forefront of AI developments and bring new ideas and technologies to our clients.
• Experiment with agentic AI concepts and autonomous agents capable of planning, reasoning, continuous executing, automatically feedback and replanning.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in AI engineering and software development with a solid understanding of the full software‑development lifecycle (version control, CI/CD, monitoring, observability).
• AI/ML Expertise: Strong experience in AI/ML model development and deployment; hands‑on expertise with Python and modern AI frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn).
• Agentic & LLM Systems: Experience with agentic systems (tool/function calling, planning, memory; orchestration via LangChain/LlamaIndex, AutoGen/CrewAI) and building and integrating LLM agents and chatbots.
• RAG & Knowledge Systems: Familiarity with RAG pipelines, including ingestion/ETL, chunking/metadata, embeddings, hybrid search and re‑rankers; experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate or OpenSearch.
• Web & API Integration: Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript/Python; REST/GraphQL; and front‑end frameworks such as React/Next.js.
• Cloud & DevOps: Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) to facilitate scalable data solutions.
• Additional Skills: Familiarity with recommendation systems, natural‑language processing or generative AI is a plus. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both Amity Solutions and Egg Digital teams and to influence clients.
