About the Team



    We’re a small, high-agency team focused on building the next generation of AI-first solutions, not just for external customers, but for our own internal engineers and business teams (CX, Sales, Marketing, etc.). Our mission is to empower the company to "vibe code" their internal processes, scaffolding runnable agents and automations that eliminate manual workflows in minutes. We thrive on curiosity, speed, and ownership, and every intern directly contributes to mission-critical operational improvements.



    What You Will Be Learning & Contributing To

    This internship is for a hands-on builder eager to work at the intersection of production-ready code and practical AI application. You will work closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders to:

    • Build Core Agent Pipelines: Focus on scaffolding and deploying functional, production-ready AI agents for internal teams (e.g., automated sales lead qualification, CX triage systems, or marketing content generation).
    • Pair with AI Tools to Ship: Learn to use and iterate rapidly with models like ChatGPT and Claude to scaffold and ship agent logic, integrating them into existing business systems.
    • Design and Own Integrations: Help design and implement API connections to core business platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, internal databases) and deploy targets (e.g., Cloud Run, Docker).
    • Author Prompt Packs and Validators: Contribute to creating robust prompt packs, validation checks, and adapters to ensure the agents enforce system constraints and operate reliably.
    • Create Observability Dashboards: Assist in setting up observability dashboards to monitor the performance of deployed agents, tracking metrics like token efficiency, latency, error budgets, and first-try success rates (e.g., ticket deflection).
    • Push DX/Process Boundaries: Help define and document the new internal developer experience (DX) for building and deploying AI automations within the company.

     

    You

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. AI Specialization or relevant concentration is highly preferred.
    • You're a hands-on builder who thrives at the intersection of internal operational needs and practical AI solutions.
    • Coding background (Python, Go, TypeScript, or similar), with multi-language curiosity suitable for scripting and production development.
    • Experience or strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud runtimes, APIs/schemas, or RAG pipelines (relevant for internal knowledge base ingestion).
    • Comfortable in a fast-moving, experimental environment with lots of focused project ownership.
    • Excited to design and extend internal developer experiences—not just build scripts, but shape how others build within the organization.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to bridge technical and business contexts.
