- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with async programming, frameworks such as LangChain, FastAPI, MCP.
- Experience with Docker, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Creative problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and product intuition.
- Fast learner, independent, and agile team player with a proactive mindset.
Bonus points:
- Deep understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, and embedding techniques.
- Experience with AI/ML model optimization and data science techniques.
- Familiarity with document processing pipelines and NLP systems.
