We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer - MCP & Agentic Systems to join our Automotive Insights team within the Mobility Division, a vital segment of our $12 billion business. This role is pivotal in pioneering our AI capabilities through the development of proof-of-concepts (POCs) for MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers and AI Agent systems. The ideal candidate will architect and implement cutting-edge agentic solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to transform complex AI concepts into practical, deployable solutions that drive strategic decisions and enhance our competitive edge in the automotive industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement POCs for MCP Servers and AI Agent systems
  • Build and deploy AI agents using agentic frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, and similar technologies
  • Architect MCP-based solutions for seamless integration between AI models and external tools/services
  • Develop robust Python-based AI applications and microservices on AWS infrastructure
  • Create scalable agent orchestration systems for complex multi-step workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver innovative solutions
  • Ensure reliability, security, and performance optimization of AI systems
  • Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, MCP protocols, and agentic frameworks
  • Document technical designs and create best practices for AI agent development
Qualifications Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS/EKS, etc.)
  • Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
  • Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) architecture and implementation
  • Proven experience building and deploying AI agents and autonomous systems
  • Familiarity with LLM integration patterns and prompt engineering
  • Strong software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and testing
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred:

  • Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with additional AI frameworks like LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or Haystack
  • Experience with real-time agent communication protocols
  • Background in automotive or mobility sector
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
